Metlife approached us with a visionary goal: to create a workspace that reflects their commitment to health and wellness while energizing their employees to excel professionally. With customer base of around 90 million across over 60 countries, Metlife aims to enhance the lives of both their clients and their workforce.

Central to the project

Central to the project was the integration of sustainability at every level. The office achieved an impressive 92 points under the LEED Platinum certification, one of the highest scores in its category. This was accomplished through a strategic combination of energy-efficient lighting and HVAC systems, the use of low-VOC and sustainable materials, optimized daylighting, and intelligent space planning to reduce energy consumption and improve indoor environmental quality.
