A Workplace Shaped by Deep Understanding

For this project, the starting point wasn’t a trend or a predefined style. It was a close understanding of the client’s industry, the nature of their work and the environment they wanted their people to experience every day. The goal was to translate expertise, innovation and environmental responsibility into a workspace that feels intuitive, open and human.

Smart Technology for Flexible Work

The use of switchable smart glass added a layer of adaptability to the workplace. It allows meeting and leadership spaces to respond to different modes of work, balancing openness, privacy and technology in a subtle, integrated way. Wellbeing was also an integral part of the planning. Natural light was prioritised across the floorplate, supported by open ceilings and clear partitions to enhance spatial clarity.
