Open Space Bold Vision

Drawing inspiration from Mars Wrigley’s vibrant brand identity and commitment to fostering happiness, we conceptualized a design that embodies openness, dynamism and cultural immersion. Central to our approach was creating open, dynamic spaces that encourage interaction and collaboration among employees. We envisioned a street-style area as the heart of the office seamlessly connecting different zones and fostering a sense of community. The design promotes teamwork and evokes an outdoor environment, instilling a sense of freedom and creativity in the workspace. In response to Mars Wrigley’s request for a funky design, we incorporated bold colors and symmetrical shapes throughout the office, adding a playful yet organized aesthetic.

For Mars Wrigley, sustainability was not just a feature—it was a foundational design principle. The office achieved 69 points under the LEED Gold certification, showcasing the brand's proactive investment in environmental responsibility. From the earliest planning stages, we incorporated strategies to reduce the building’s carbon footprint and improve overall energy performance.
