Led by our Design Director, Kern Parangan, and crafted by talented designers Jerico Payumo and Basheer Kallayil, the concept was brought to life with a harmonious balance of creativity and functionality. The team aimed to seamlessly blend aesthetics with utility, creating a space that is both visually striking and highly practical. “The space needed to be visually engaging yet functional, with intelligent layouts and adaptable zones accommodating various working styles,” they shared.
