We have always believed that a workspace should do more than look good. It should support health, collaboration and sustainability in ways that are felt every day. That is why we are proud to be the first fit out interior company in the region to achieve a LEED Platinum certified office, setting a new standard for environmental responsibility in our industry.

Recently, our Dubai Design Hub has also been awarded WELL Platinum certification with the highest score in the region. This achievement reflects our commitment to workplace wellness, ensuring that elements such as natural light, air quality, material selection and spatial planning all contribute to a healthier and more productive environment.

When we designed our Dubai Design Hub, our intention was not only to create a place to work but to create a space that represents who we are. Every choice, from the layout to the finishes, was guided by the idea that the office should reflect our values as a company.

Open areas were included to encourage connection and exchange, while more private corners were planned for focus and concentration. The design tells a story of balance, where creativity, functionality and identity meet. It is a workspace that allows us to practice what we deliver to our clients every day.

Our Lutron Project Is Also Part of the UAE’s Top 15

We are also proud to share that the Lutron office we designed and built has been featured by Commercial Interior Design among the Top 15 Best Workspaces in the UAE.

This project was a chance to translate a client’s vision into a workspace that speaks for their brand. Lutron, known for innovation in smart lighting and automation, needed an office that would reflect both their identity and their way of working.

Seeing the Lutron office included among the UAE’s best workspaces highlights the impact of a complete design and build approach. It reflects not only the creativity behind the design but also the dedication of our team in delivering it to the highest standard.
