Lipton, a globally recognized wellness brand, sought a workspace that not only catered to functional needs but also reflected their core values of tranquility and inclusivity. Rest areas were a priority, along with a calm and peaceful environment that aligned with Lipton’s wellness-centric identity. Our design approach focused on blending functionality with wellness-driven elements, incorporating natural materials, warm color palettes, and biophilic design to create a serene yet practical workspace.The final design included multiple rest and lounge areas to encourage relaxation and informal interactions, flexible workstations for collaboration, and private zones for focused tasks. Thoughtful branding elements were subtly infused into the design to reflect Lipton’s identity without overpowering the serene ambiance. Key spaces like the wellness room and open-plan meeting areas supported employee well-being, collaboration and teamwork.
