After the acquisition of Barkleys private banking, the business wanted to build a high spec private banking division in DIFC for engaging with their high net worth client. Spacewell was engaged to provide a design representing the culture of the bank reflect the different streets of Singapore, at the same time maintaining the harmony and image of the bank. The final output, the luxury design and build was well appreciated by the top management.
